Thank you for your interest in the Brigham and Women's Hospital Harvard Medical School Psychiatry Residency program. You are about to embark upon a journey like no other, where for the first time you will step into the shoes of “doctor.” The next four years of training will be filled with professional and personal milestones, scholarly achievements, unforgettable clinical moments, and growth of lifelong relationships.
Your residency will set the framework for you to grow into an exceptional clinician. It will create the safe space to make mistakes and learn from them. It will be a family of support, collaboration, gratitude and fun! And it will push you to aspire to be the best version of yourself, as “doctor,” along whatever path fits for you.
